Strategic Empowerment & Economic Development for Stealth is a specialized cohort designed to support Black transgender men living stealth/non-disclosed or low disclosure lives.

 

Through career coaching, education access, financial literacy, and community building, SEEDS empowers participants to build safety, stability, and economic freedom. (Some housing assistance is available, but varies by cohort cycle due to funding.)

 

In 2025, we welcomed an incredible group of gentlemen into our cohort. If you didn’t get a chance to apply last year, don’t worry—applications for our next summit cohort open on April 1st. We hope to see you this summer as you step into the next stage of your professional development journey.
